How do you handle ocular surface disease in your practice? Is there more we can do besides hand artificial tears to your patients or talk about warm compresses? How big of a practice builder can a dry eye specialty really be? How do you get it started in a traditionally primary care practice?

The Optometry is Essential Virtual CE Workshop Series was developed by Santa Clara County Optometric Society to educate ODs on how to implement full scope medical and specialty eyecare in their practices. This month, learn the fundamentals of Dry Eye Syndrome and Ocular Surface Disease and how to differentiate and treat its different causes. Understand the difference between advanced medical and pharmaceutical treatments and when to appropriately utilize them. Both practice owners and associate ODs will be able to receive basic to advanced level understanding of OSD to appropriately implement these new services to any existing practice with any type of budget. You do not want to miss this workshop!
